TGPS was contracted for testing the performance of the added equipment for the conversion of the simple cycle to combined cycle. The parameter of interest is the steam power output measured in the high side voltage of the step-up transformer corrected to the reference conditions specified in the combined cycle conversion contract.

- Conduct a near field and far field acoustic test to ensure that the sound levels at the plant are in compliance with the acoustic guarantees.
